My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the location was fantastic, close to everything I needed. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but it did get a bit cold at night. The noise insulation was great, though, and I had a lovely balcony overlooking Gran Via.
